Return Policy
INTRODUCTION
At SCOTLAND CLOTHES, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This policy explains the conditions and process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Refunds are only given if the product is faulty or damaged.
- If the fault occur because of our error, we will replace the item free of charge.
- If the error is from your side, you can request an exchange by paying a $25 shipping fee.
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
- After 5 days, refunds are not available — but you may request a replacement.
- No refunds or replacements will be offer after 30 days.
Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Customised or personalised items
- Items marked as final sale
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact us at info@scotlandclothes.co.uk to request a return.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defected, faulty or an error occurred.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds apply only to the returned items.
