What if my kilt doesn’t fit as expected?

If the fit is incorrect due to an error on our side, we’ll replace the kilt at no extra charge. If the sizing issue results from measurements provided by you, we’re still happy to arrange an exchange—there will just be a $25 shipping fee. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your kilt to request a replacement.

Custom kilts are normally delivered within 12–17 days, depending on your location and the specifics of your order. If you need it urgently, we offer a rush service for $25. This ensures your kilt is made within 2 days and delivered in 7–9 days. Every kilt is crafted with care to ensure premium quality and a perfect fit for your special occasion.


Can You provide international shipment for wedding kilts?

Yes, we deliver internationally and guarantee safe and secure shipping. Wherever you are in the world, you can wear a beautifully made kilt with confidence. We use trusted couriers to ensure it arrives on time and in perfect condition.


How should I look after my wedding kilt?

For wool kilts, dry cleaning is the best option. Cotton or polyester items can be gently hand-washed. Store all pieces in a cool, dry space, and brush wool kilts now and then to remove any dust. When ironing, use a pressing cloth on low heat and avoid direct contact with pleats.


Can I get a refund if there’s an issue?

Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. Please let us know within 5 days of delivery if there’s a problem, and we’ll issue a full refund.
