For quicker service, we offer expedited processing for an extra $25, which ensures your order is handled within 2 days and delivered in 7–9 days. To preserve the quality of your kilts, dry cleaning is recommended for wool fabrics, while cotton or polyester can be gently hand-washed. Keep your items in a cool, dry space and brush woollen pieces regularly to remove dust. Iron using a low heat setting with a pressing cloth—avoid placing the iron directly on pleats.

Refunds are issued only if the items are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective item, notify us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund. After this period, refunds cannot be issued, although a replacement may be possible. Requests for refunds or replacements will not be accepted after 30 days.
