To measure for this kilt, measure your waist at the navel for a secure fit. Next, measure from the waist to the mid-knee for length. For full draping, measure from the shoulder to the ankle. This ensures the fabric has enough length to fold and wrap around you correctly.

If we made a mistake with the size, we will replace it for free. If the mistake is in your measurements, you can still ask for an exchange, but there will be a $25 shipping fee. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Custom kilts take 12–17 days to be delivered, depending on where you live and how complex the order is. If you need it faster, we offer rush processing for $25. This means your order will be made in 2 days and delivered in 7–9 days. Every great kilt is made with great care to ensure top quality and a perfect fit.

To keep your kilt in good condition, dry cleaning is best for wool kilts. Cotton and polyester kilts can be gently hand-washed. Store your great kilt in a cool, dry place and brush wool kilts regularly to remove dust. Use a pressing cloth and low heat when ironing—never iron pleats directly.

We only give refunds if the kilt is faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty kilt, let us know within 5 days for a full refund. After 5 days, refunds are not available, but you can request a replacement. Refund or replacement requests are not accepted after 30 days. Contact us as soon as possible for help.
